I bought two games for both of us. The first one has a key, so I can't log in no matter how I enter it. If the second one still has it, I have to refund it.

it's really weird cos the other guys playing the game just fine :D could you tell me your discord nick so I can use teamview to check what's going on on your side? I have sent a refund request to itch.io support staff also so no worry you will get your money back if you can't play the game :D
