pubic hair can't be permanently removed but can be shaved with basic needs window and gives you pubic hair item which will be used fo a joke hairstyle or to make a sweater later just not made yet for freckles and weak bladder rebirth again.
yeah its all rollable and the pubic hair is able to roll from 2-4 stacks max each so just save before rebirthing and rebirth till you get what you want
