I am trying my absolute best to get through the manual in good faith-- i bought this game blindly because I trusted the person who recommended it to me-- but I have ADHD and reading through the manual is proving a challenge. My desk is configured for a right-handed layout. Is there anywhere that I can change the controls so that my left hand is on the left half of the keyboard? Also, do any other disabled players have any recommendations for getting through the manual? 

I'll be sporadic, but I can try to help you figure out a comfortable layout for you.  What are you aiming to do with the controls?  For example, are you aiming to control movement with the left hand and have interaction controls with the right?
