I'll just say this for now: Not as a gameplay element or early in the game. It would balloon the cost of all the 2D artwork if we had to account for the possibility for Emma being pregnant.
As you can see in it's current stage there is already a ton of artwork and it just wouldn't be feasible for us to include this feature.
