As i was deciding to spray all the posters and grab all the cans, the last one did  not disappear and unlock, and instead was painted upon. when i saved and loaded, it vanished, leaving my poster stat with 41 posters, and not enough to unlock that last tool. i'm not sure what i can do to fix this other than erasing my save which is hardly ideal.

Also on a less note is that you can "paint" posters by just holding a marker or roller over them but that's hardly an issue at all

This is a rare issue I still haven't nailed down the cause of. Sometimes it can be fixed by switching to a different level and switching back again, but if it continues to be an issue you can find a full save here which should will have everything unlocked for you - just paste it to your C:\Users\[User]\AppData\LocalLow\Devon Wiersma\Bombing 2_ A Graffiti Paradise (overwriting your Profile.bin) and you should be good to go! This will only affect your gear/tool progression and won't affect your paint data at all.

If you're able to send me the Profile.bin file you've been experiencing this issue with it will help me debug this for others be immensely helpful! :)

I appreciate your help! In my experience, i tried to save and load after it happened, which resulted in the 41 posters bug and it disappearing, claiming next unlock in 9. Here is my profile.bin, thank you VERY much for providing that since it seemed to not really resolve itself
