HOW DID YOU GET THE 7 SEGMENT DRIVER AND THE RIPPLE BLANKING AND NEGATIVE AND THE  OR4 AND THE DOUBLE DABBLE AND NEGATE AND TWO'S COMPONENT? WHERE ARE ALL OF THE STUFF YOU HAVE IN THE STARED LIST IN THE PICS OF INGAME PLAY? HOW??????

i watched the video (at the time i posted this reply i am  watching it) and he didnt show how to make the 4bit register

Ah if you want to make the visual display outside the 4 bit register of the data inside the register than that is impossible 

It's because that was put in in postprocessing after the video to make it easier to see what is the current data stored inside the register 

It's not an actual feature

But you can put the chip on the outside and connect the output of the register to the displayer and the displayer to the 7segment displays
