Sorry, everything about this game is phenomenal, but it is sort of something that irks me when I can't change the protagonist's name in a visual novel...

Surprisingly, this is the first time the suggestion has been mentioned. It's a fair criticism, but unfortunately it's something we would have had to implement earlier on in development. Allowing for enough space for players to create custom names would have wreaked havoc on the text box limitations

I think it's better to not allow him to be named, down with the boring ass no-personality stand-in protagonists!
