Is there a way to disable hotkeys temporarily?  Since we can only use 1 key instead of key combination (like Ctrl+1) for hotkeys I don't want to keep unintentionally change my accessories in middle of playing games/drawing when I don't have numpad...

no, but you can change the hotkey to whatever you need, to a key you're less likely to accidentally press.
