So I played the original years ago and was excited when I found out about this reboot version. Basically, like the title says I wanted to know if an English version of the reboot has been released or are there any plans to release one?

unfortunately, I highly doubt it's going to be translated to English any time soon. The only English translation that was ever public was by vgperson, and that was back in 2014. Funamusea has recently gotten under hot water as well (rightfully so, considering the content she creates of some of her characters), so I'm doubtful that vgperson will continue to translate her games.

If you have any issues downloading it just let me know. You might need to download RPG 2000RTP to run it which might require changing the system locale to Japanese. It's not too difficult and I'm sure there are some good youtube videos explaining how to do it if it comes to that. Hope that helps!
