I have tried this configuration on two versions of Windows. Those two versions are Windows 8.1 and 10, but the program only launched on 8.1 with the same hardware configuration. 
I Also tried this on my main computer which has Windows 10 instead of Windows 8.1 and it doesn't work there either.
IN ADDITION, THE UNREAL ENGINE CRASH HAPPENS ON ALL INSTANCES OF RUNNING ANY OF THE THREE PROGRAMS
Except on Windows 8.1 you can click continue and it will still launch as normal.
