on the tax interview: I noticed that the "I am subject to Backup Withholding Tax (BWHT)" checkbox gets automatically checked (fine by me), but on the final "sign and submit" page it has a checkbox that says:
2. I am subject to backup withholding because I have been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that I am subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, and
I haven't failed to report anything. do i have to check this box anyways? oddly specific wording.
