I accidentally threw a radioactive capsule next to me and an autosave occurred. Now when I load into the last save I immediately die
Strange. Normally when you load a save it resets your health. If it helps you at all, try as quick as you can to collect it and put it in storage somewhere. If it's in your inventory, I believe it doesn't hurt you.
it lies next to the character and I don’t have time to pick it up
Just reset player stats, but it will reset your inventory too
