Is there an ad network that Itchio accepts?

I'm looking to monetize traffic to my games, as many of these ads contain suspicious websites, can anyone recommend an ad network that itchio accepts pls?

Thanks you so much

Since I have never seen ads on itch, I assume it is not possible to do this in a way that would satisfy those ad networks. (Read this as: the traffic is worthless since they cannot collect user data or verify clickthrough, run scripts or whatever. Or it is just simply not enough traffic to justify as the ads would only run on your game page.)

Also, the ads you speak of would probably fall under the obtrusive advertisements.

Now ads within in your game, well, be sure to do it in a way that does not make the game to be considered adware or spyware. Unfortunately there are two defintions of adware. I believe itch uses the spyware version of it to forbid adware, since a game running ads would be considered adware as well. But as you said, there are ad networks with suspicous ads, so including those malicous websites in your game might classify your game as the bad kind of adware.
