I recently learned about the little easter egg of using Blessed Water on Day 1 to reduce your Corruption, causing Alicia to be unable to pay the 4 required to enter your mind. Subconscious Aura mentions that it would be funny if real Aura won before Alicia could even get started, and I'm wondering if that will actually be possible. Based on what I know right now, this would give you a time limit of 8 days total, due to the +1 Corruption gain every other day and the church taking too long to restock Blessed Water. If there are other places to get the Water, or if there are other ways to reduce Corruption, that would of course increase the time you have.

As far as I'm aware, it's possible to get really far without opening the first chamber but there's a point where it's impossible to continue without doing it. There was a bug that forced that to happen that I fixed, so it may now be possible to get further.

might be possible in the future but without a non-corruption based ending(only have soulbreak to my knowledge) and a lot of development going into the corruption route, probably not and will probably not have that big a payoff
