Jesus, you really are relentless

"Open relationships are now romantically non-exclusive"

To make sure I'm understanding this right, this means that if you're in an open relationship with someone, you can now be in romantic relationships with other people too, instead of the open relationship being your only romantic one?

The gym I'll admit I didn't think of. But the fact that you get paid in drugs by the pharmacy if you don't have an ID, and then you sell those drugs in the Slums to get Silver made me think that would be the buyer. As for the Detective Agency, I tried going there and they just blew me off and said they didn't care.

I feel like the quests could use a bit more guidance, because I have no idea what to do for most of them. Like "Rebecca's chems," for example. I have no idea how I'm supposed to find a buyer. I don't know if there's a specific NPC or if it can be anyone. And if it's the latter, am I supposed to just keep approaching people until I find someone? I have never seen a conversation option related to asking someone to be a buyer. "Help Lilly find Ina" is another one. The only hint Lilly gives you is that Ina was last seen near West Street. I don't see anything useful at West Street, so I have no clue what to do.

Still wondering about this, and the lack of a response is concerning.

"Have you known people outside your church to be wicked?"

"Yeah."

That felt like a really heavy "yeah." If someone hurt Zahn, I'm going to have words with them. And by words, I mean fists.

There would need to be a new job too, or a rework of one or more of the current ones, since right now all the jobs involve doing stuff with guys after the first promotion.

Out of curiosity, are there plans to add a way to do a purely lesbian playthrough in the future?

Yeah, I had clicked on it but it still wasn't working. Weirdly though, I just tested it again and it's working now, so I don't know what was going on last time.

I was playing on itch through browser, Chrome if you need to know that too

I can't choose a gender and the place of birth choice keeps looping. Is that as far as the game goes for now?

In the beginning, when you leave your room and see Jake, you can't type anything in the text box that says "roommate." It seems like the game isn't properly taking the "focus" of the keyboard, because pressing space jumps down the web page, even if you've clicked in the text box.

Okay, just wanted to make sure that was intended, because the option sounded like it would only turn on the "current" one.

I don't know if this was intended, but if you have "special scenes" turned on, they're all turned on, including the old ones.

(1 edit)

There's a bit of an error after choosing your weapon. If you choose staff, the next page will say "they set the hilt of your sword in your waiting hand." This happens whether you choose to trust Yezda or not. However, if you chose not to trust Yezda, the following line will say "as you secure your staff," so it seems that it's properly logging your choice, and it's just that one line that doesn't update.

Later on, when fighting the third warrik outside "the ruins of your old city," it'll say "your grip on your bow steadies" after choosing to "lunge beneath it" or "stand your ground." In addition, if you choose to stand your ground, it'll also say "you throw your body behind your blade" and "you wrench your blade clear."

I noticed a small issue with the friendship point system. When you're first talking with Rhea in your dorm room and asking her questions, because the questions aren't removed after they're asked, you can keep asking her about herself over and over. You get two friendship points with her every time you do that, and you can keep doing it as long as you want. I don't know exactly how the point system works, so I don't know what effect this can have, if any, but I doubt it's intentional behavior.

There's an error in the brother's room:

Error: <<if>>: <<else>> does not accept a conditional expression (perhaps you meant to use <<elseif>>), invalid: $broevt2 is false and $corrbro is 40

<<if $period is 5 and $ctop is 0 and $cbtm is 0 and $csho is 0 and $cbra[2] is "sexy" and $cpnt[2] is "sexy" and $broevt2 is false and $corrbro is 40>> \ My brother saw me [[in sexy underware|bropreevt2][$fatr to false]] <<else $broevt2 is false and $corrbro is 40>> to trigger the next event with my Brother i should wear... no top, no bottom, no shoe, "sexy" bra and "sexy" panties. <</if>>

You don't have to send the prisoner away to prevent the magus from dying. I kept the prisoner and the magus only got a cut on her arm.

This is a very minor nitpick, but I feel like if you said you were majoring in Nursing, you shouldn't take a hit to Mental Health for watching your blood get drawn. If you can't handle seeing your own blood drawn, how would you have any hope of one day drawing someone else's?

I also noticed a fairly major bug with this choice. On the page after choosing to watch or look away, if you go to your profile and then return to the game, it seems to trigger the MH change again. For example, if you were at 100 MH, choose to watch your blood get drawn, and then open your profile, it'll show your MH at 90. However, after returning to the game, if you open the profile again, it'll now show your MH at 80. You can repeat this over and over and drain your MH down to 0. The same thing happens if you choose to look away, but instead it raises MH every time. So far, this is the only MH change that seems to have this bug, and it only happens if you click "return to game." If you open the menu and click "go back," everything works fine.

There's a rebellion threatening my birth "family"? I hope I get to join it.

Looking at their Tumblr, as of March they were still working on it, just slowly.

I'm guessing you'd have to choose to hang out with Lester during one of the moments you're given an option to if you want to get enough points with him. As for getting the others, I'm just nice to everyone. Some might say I'm too nice (and in fact Az'Lean did say I'm too nice when setting up the barriers).

So if I had Vynn, Az'Lean, Maeve, and Thianne as options, I must be doing at least decently well at befriending everyone. Is it possible to have Lester as an option at that point as well? You don't have many interactions with him up to that point, but I've always been nice to him.

This is a really minor thing, but it might be a good idea to mention the sex of the pet when the player is naming it. I named my raven Nyx, only to later learn it was a male raven, so I had to restart to give him a more appropriate name.

There's something really funny about Mr. Hatherton joking around and marveling at my size while a kid bleeds out on the ground. Even the adults know the little shit deserved it.

You can't scroll down when text goes off the screen, like when continuing to listen to the doctor in the intro.

At the bottom of the save window, there's a button that says "Save to Disk." Select that and you'll download the save file. To use that save file later you go to the save window and select the "Load from Disk" button that's next to the previous one.

Ah okay, I was being too nice, not wanting to just shoot her down immediately even though I wasn't interested

I love how often the MC's species is referenced in the story. There are so many games out there that let you choose things like species or place of origin, and then at best it's never mentioned, and at worst it's actively ignored and your character will constantly be told things they should already know, or they'll even act like they don't know. My MC is Tilaari, and I really like that there is unique dialogue when talking about the Tilaari/Tilaarin and when talking to/about Ryona. But what I like even more are the small moments. The times when my species is referenced when it doesn't necessarily need to be. For example, when talking to <spoiler> about my LI at the beginning of Episode 8, they mention that I "light up" when I talk about her, and then they add "and not just your skin." It's a small acknowledgement of my MC's species that doesn't strictly need to be there, but I'm really glad it is.

How does the stuff with Vanessa work? In my playthrough, I was with Mattie, and Vanessa was interested in both of us, and ended up choosing me, even though I wanted to stay with Mattie. Is there a way to avoid Vanessa being interested in you, or does that always happen?

It's been a few months since I've played this. Why are there now so many restrictions on the public version? Before, the only difference was that the public version was behind the paid version. Now, in addition to that, some scenes are removed, some scenes are "censored," and even the basic feature of saving has been taken away. Last time I was here, you were going to look into a way to add the ability to import and export saves, so how did that turn into removing saves entirely?

I hope this game comes back at some point. There may not be a lot in the game right now, but I enjoyed what was there.

Okay, I'm glad there is some reason for it, and it isn't just completely out of nowhere

The top and bottom rows need to be pressed down, with the middle row not pressed.

I reached Chapter 4, and I feel like stuff has kind of stopped making sense. I don't really get why Jess would be doing this stuff if you've maintained a "good" relationship with her, and also Missy mentions Samira helping her with Poppy when trying to get into the phone, but Missy never met Samira in my playthrough. I went down the Bad Girls Bitch route and then betrayed Poppy at the end, so the only place Missy ever saw Samira was in the Dream Sequence. It kind of feels like the game has suddenly become very railroaded.

I don't seem to be able to reject him. The only option I have with him that seems like a rejection is choosing "are you crazy" when he comes over on Sunday, but that doesn't stop him from coming over on future Sundays.

I'm at the point with the landlord where I don't even have the option to pay him anymore. Does that mean I'm locked out of the PI content? And for Owen, are you referring to his initial proposal? If I'm already at the point where I'm blowing him and he's bringing money over on Sunday, is it too late for the motel scene?

How do I get that last image that seems to be Owen at the motel? Also, since I'm blowing the landlord every Sunday morning, it's impossible for me to meet up with the private investigator, since the landlord takes up the morning slot.

Is there anything in the game right now with Owen (I think I'm remembering his name)? I see something in the images on this page but I don't know if it's actually in the game.

If you do implement some kind of cheat system, I could see it being an unlock for getting the true ending if you want it to be more of a "reward," getting any main ending if you want it to just be an unlock like the gallery, or even getting all 4 main endings if you want it to be used more for "cleanup" and getting the remaining scenes and variants that players may have missed.
