The third section is the latest stable version (2023-06-20), you likely want the very first one in that category for 64 bit windows
Once it's downloaded and installed, it simply adds new utilities to your right click menu, but all you need it for right now is extracting the game folder; right click the compressed game folder, go to the 7zip option, and "extract to (folder name)". It will make a new folder with that name and put the uncompressed and now functional files in that new folder and leave the compressed folder otherwise untouched to be stored as backup or deleted, your choice.

If you're curious about why the game uses 7zip and what you can do with it, it simply uses some fancy math algorithms to make files smaller (compressed/zipped) at the cost of them being unreadable until uncompressed/extracted/unzipped (all those words mean the same thing if you ever hear anyone talking about it). Windows can do it by default with their own format (simply called .zip) but it sucks and really isn't that great and it doesn't have useful tools built in. If you ever have to share big files/folder, it's handy to have as you can right click the folder with what you want to compress inside, go to the 7zip options again, and "add to (foldername) .7zip".  The recipient will need archiving software like 7zip or winrar or something too but hey, 7zip is free. You can also use it to open some types of files like .jars which are otherwise inaccessible by windows, which is useful for some game modding.
