Simply place the disk into the CD-rom slot on the server, either with the place hotkey or by dropping and dragging the disk over to the slot, like you would for a tape drive. Simply clicking the slot while holding the disk might also work if it has it's own interact box (which again, you can also do with the tape drive slots)
