Is the game playable in mobile via the use of Joiplay emulator?

No. Joiplay can run only RenPy and RpgMaker games currently.

As this game is build from Unity, so the answer is no.

You can try ExaGear, Winlator etc, but I dont know how to config it.

I receive a case that Steam Deck can run it, you can try if you have Steam Deck.
