I use VXace and have always used EnigmaVB to prevent users from seeing Audio files.

But recentry, Windows has mis-detected this file as malicious and I have been inundated with complaints that the game cannot be started.

So I found out about the Cool software you made, can I use this software to encrypt Audio files with VXace?

RPG Maker VX Ace and older versions of the engine aren't supported by this tool. Currently, it supports RPG Maker MV and MZ.
