I started the Game and wanted do play with a custom Airline, but i can't overcome the Game Settings with one. When I create an airline and click OK i get back to the Game Settings and thats it. Is it because i have no Logo?

Have you checked if the airline is in the airline list (when starting a new game) and have you also tried to uncheck the mark for "Major Airlines"?
