Delete all the files in the weather directory

It should be like this:

You should not delete the file only the content of the file

Please try and delete the content of \data\general\openborderagreements.xml

It is on the task list but not for the upcoming release

Have you checked if the airline is in the airline list (when starting a new game) and have you also tried to uncheck the mark for "Major Airlines"?

sorry but I did see your update. Try to delete the file it mentions as missing since it might contain characters your pc can’t read

Could you please check if you have something in a file called TAPv2.log?

You need to have the latest version of .NET installed and which OS are you running?
