Can someone help with transferring my save files please (fixed)

I started this game only to realise that there's a steam version available. Does anyone know how I can transfer my files over? Or will there be updates I can download from here?

I transferred all the save over from "tailor tales/www/save", clicked load from quick save (manual save threw up errors to do with images not being found) but only half of my outfit appeared and everything I click on throws up more image errors. Sorry if I'm doing something stupid ^^;;

*Also, does anyone know if I can transfer my files over to Tailor Tales Plus, or will I have to start over?

*Fixed! I was stupid and forgot to transfer my outfits from "www/img/pictures/Fashion/Completed" over

Well you shouldn't be transferring save files in the first place. But yes, you should transfer anything in the folder "save" as well as anything in the "completed" folder.

Your quick save will have become corrupt until you make a new one though.

Ah sorry, I didn't want to lose all my progress and start from scratch

Well I won't stop you from trying, but I'd rather users not mess with files and then getting errors from them as that just means more support work for me :P

Either way, just the save files and the completed folder should do!

hello i have a question, i just got the yellow sundress and i put it on to get to chapter 8 but it is saying that the outfit that i have on is incorrec

Check the outfits category in Outfits, that's where the real yellow sundress is, not the one you made personally.

Hey, I was wondering if there's anything I can do when trying to transfer saves to fix the "orangegreenworks not defined" message that pops up?

Transferring save files between platforms won't work; only within the same platform. So transferring your Steam save file to the Itch version is going to give you this error. You will have to start a new game.

Thanks, I appreciate your patience. I actually started a new save the day after this post. I'm just sad to lose all my designs and progress.
