As you know, Novetus requires a SP2/SP3 to work, if you try to install dependencies on SP1/RTM, it would not install because of dependencies.

Could Bitl make Novetus to work on RTM version of Windows XP/2003? (Or make it atleast work with older .NET versions like 1.1 and 2.0 WITHOUT any SP?)

im playing on windows 2000 using netfx4w2k... same procedure could work on rtm xp/2003 technically albiet janky
