ive noticed when fighting a demon or a titan i take more damage with rested spirit active
Perhaps you are fighting a corrupted boss? Bosses can also become corrupted.
Corrupted enemies have higher hp, hit harder and faster, gives more gold and xp.
oh did not know bosses could be corrupted
