Hello itch.io community. StarDust is a project which at first was an attempt to create something more or less similar with the main gameplay of the game Scanner Sombre. Using the solid VFX particle system under Unity, I can generate millions and millions colored dots in game. The depth is rendered by a spectral color palette. Technically, the main gameplay works well as expected. Now I am creating a background story integrating the video feature which is cool. I added many features in the game in order to modulate with the depth, the ray amplitude, the patterns, etc. Try it if you like exploration and weird renderings. Share your feelings. Thank you for your interest. I wish you the best ++

PS : at first, this project was my entry for the 54th LudumDare session. Mood #4 and Graphics #6. Since this first release, the project has been updated many times.

Sounds really interesting! Hearing about this reminds me of a game I used to play, but this is much more advanced.

Thank you for this first feedback and your kind words. I really appreciate any help ++
