I have published a new project 20 days ago and it doesn't seem to be indexed yet, even though 20 days have passed. Is it normal to be waiting so long?

I have read that first projects of new accounts are put into a queue to be approved by a moderator, but 20 days seems to be a long time for that, so just wondering if everything is okay.
