I have some gamepad recommendation layout, if you interested

AWSD = left analog
walk = O / B
interact = X / A
pause = START
Cancel/Skip = SELECT
HIDE = X / A  or R2/RT (like interact, but because when sex scene we did not need to interact, we can use the same button)
hold breath = [  ] / X 
Faster = /\ / Y
