why did you have to ruin the game

I used to love this game until the recent update which literally broke so many things.

First off, when i set a colour for a character, the character doesn't appear in that colour, instead they appear in the default one.

Second, the duel settings keep resetting back to default after 1 match which is very annoying.

Please fix this

Hey there! Sorry to hear this, Few quick questions so we can possibly try to track down and fix these problems,
1. What modes does selecting alternate colours not work for? Is it just one mode like arcade mode or all of them?
2. What specific examples of colours for characters (and their costumes) have you tried using that don't work? The more examples you can provide the faster i can hopefully track this down. As at the moment I'm unable to recreate this issue without any specifics.
3. I'm not 100% sure what you mean about Duel Setting at the moment unfortunately. If you mean the Battle Options (things like Timer, Rounds, Damage etc) then that is very odd as those should be persisting between matches as well as when you open the game

One thing to try is to just redownload the game again, sometimes when taking it out of the zip something can go wrong and cause odd problems to occur.

Hello!
Yes i meant the battle options, i forgot the name of it
i tried the alternate colours in versus only, tho resetting my data seemed to fix the issues.

And i dont think any of the alternate colours worked but ive tried using Johnson's invisible costume 4th alternate colour,
yosei's 8th alternate colour (default costume) These are the ones that i remember.

The costumes worked but the alternate colours didnt, they were set back to the default one everytime.
I'm not really good at explaining everything in detail but i really hope this helps you somewhat

Hmmm very very strange. These specific costumes/characters/colours all seem to work fine on my end. Something strange must have happened in your build.

You say resetting save data seemed to fix it? Best guess is that there was maybe a save file that got corrupted somehow, not entirely sure how that would effect alternate colours however. I'll have to keep an eye out for that one... Thanks for the info anyways!
