Hello, both installers do not work, I can not install, I click and nothing happens at all, no errors, nothing. I need your help.

Have you tried temporarily disabling any virus protection software you have (in case it is silently blocking it)?  The installer is, of course, virus free and you can check it on virus total, where all of the main virus protection companies show it as clean.  Of course try the standard stuff, like making sure Windows is up to date (pending updates can cause strange things) and restart your computer.  Let me know if that doesn't help.
