To clarify a bit, a couple of months ago i did try to see if she can give birth with a lot of tea drinking and not getting beaten up. She always loses it and i assumed that the son is the reason. If he's not then it is most likely a bug. Would make it more believable if they didn't beat up Lona while being pregnant, them wanting a grandkid and such.
