I am going to be real with you. The game is not fun. I went in horny and at no point did I feel more aroused, in fact I felt less.
A couple things to fix this would be, in my opinion:
1. Not punishing the player for sex (The resource management of dick size is... okay? but the fact that I can actively lose from vaginal is a HUGE turn off, don't punish players for wanting sex in a porn game. It is the best way to have people NOT play it.
2. Better control of the people your infecting, the whole plot point of "losing" control of them is stupid and actively deters my urge to play.
3. More to do with the broodmothers, your losing a sexable follower by making a broodmother, which is already a negative point. Either give them more interactions or make it to were being a broodmother doesn't lose the other interactions.
I don't have any other options, these points killed the game for me before I could keep playing to have more opinions.
