There will be an add on for those type of effects (quite soon) Right now it's called "Complete UI & UI Animations" on the Addon list. While a ton of effects will be added to those, I will also update the https://samvieten.itch.io/animated-pixelart-monsters addons to include some effects for the monsters. But I need to do them all together, so they match. Once the current addon is done I'll be workling on it (current addon releases probably mid august, very soon).
