If I use the Linux version, I can use it on Mac OS, right?

If you unzip jav-it_v1.7.11_linux and run the jav-it file, only the error occurs as shown below.

Can't I use it on Mac OS?
I'm a little disappointed that the explanation is unkind, can I get some help?

The Linux version only works on Linux. I have no idea where you got the idea that it would work on Mac OS.
