Just got a new radar ping on the terminal, and when i eventually manned up and decided to go there, its just a goat statue named "William The Protector". It also doesn't let me pause near him, but he seems chill and hasn't killed me or hurt me at all. It's near the other bunker on the map, the one that has the fishing rod coordinates, on that weird bench area. I decided to post this finding here as i can't find ANY info on him at all, other than a goat irl that served in the british army by the same name, William.

EDIT: it was NOT an event. He is still there even after the radar ping. My bad.

The day is day 13 if that helps at all, appeared during the night. 

EDIT: The radar ping disappeared a day later.

that goat appeared near my base, didnt do anything, radar doesnt see it, cant pause nearby him.

I only saw the statue itself standing in the middle of the forest once and I never saw it again.

I saw the statue near the abandoned cottage passing the fenced corner near Tango and it was odd since i placed a camera inside those ruins and one hour later the camera deactivated itself, went to see what happened and the goat was near the fence close to that cottage.

Maybe at some point he leaves his place and starts wandering through the forest?

So I found a goat head in the abandoned shack nearby uniform and a bit after I touched it there was a loud animal like roar in the distance, but not strong enough to shake the screen. The goat head (can be mounted on walls) was identical to William the Protectors Head. I’ve also had a couple sleepless nights here and there with the classic “I dont want to sleep I can sense something…” but i can pause the game just fine. I think its William fucking with me but I’m not sure as there is nothing on the radar out of the ordinary
