Turn off physics damage, hook him, then teleport to base. Should fix it.

100% Suggest making a farm/mushroom farm. Try to find the hallucination ones, the REALLY poisonous one, and the blue mushroom. Those sell for quite a bit and only require a farming pot to grow in.

It might be because you aren't playing the game with internet connected, or its just something bugged.

Be sure to delete all previous versions of the game you may still have. Then download/try the newest version. You should keep your saves.

There's a multiplayer mod in the works. It isn't out yet. But as of now there are no plans for the Dr Nose himself currently for multiplayer

The zombie kerfur event can happen with a 20% chance if your kerfur goes outside withyout being turned on. So you likely got unlucky.

Possibly try to light them all at 3:33? or atleast try to light the last one at 3:33.

I was  playing as normal, then i heard a weird buzzing or slight rumbling sound, tried to pause to see if it was the game, it didn't let me. Then i looked outside, and a semi-bright light, sorta like the grays UFO, but white, appeared, moved closer to my radio tower (like 500+ feet far from it, from my guess) Then it just.. Popped out of existence with a sorta loud pop/woosh sound. No, it wasn't the "Sky Is Falling!" Event, already had that happen. Sadly no screenshot.. But i'm on around day 78 of playing. It let me pause as SOON as it was gone.

update: I was just stupid. I was THROWING the coord instead of letting go of the cord. It works now, thanks.

Become a hunter gatherer. Forge for mushrooms, don't eat certain ones. Or find a burger, or if your lucky at night. find a dark crevice near romeo and enjoy yourself a pumpkin.

I did do that though.. It just automatically went right back into the kerfur.

Normal kerfur plugs are bugged. They don't plug into walls and are stuck attached to the Kerfur. This is with the pink and orange kerfur, it also likely happens with other kerfur's as well.

A trail camera. It's really just one of the ideas i'm not sure you were going to add to the game or not.

You can always read the Keybinds for help. The debug teleport helps ALOT if your stuck. It teleports you back to base  if you are stuck somewhere, or if you want to just get home fast.

I've seen that quite a bit of people don't exactly know what to print out on the printer, or have tried to put their own stuff into the files and it hasn't worked- But i have decided to try to fix that by making this topic post. Feel free to share your TV video files, radio music/broadcast channels, and probably most importantly to most players- the printer files.

Probably connected to the same entity,  as if your lucky/unlucky, you can see Omega Kerfur outside the window walking by with teeth and gums instead of their usual screen face. But you can't fight this entity as it disappears and is blue(atleast from what i myself saw)

Sometimes.. They don't explode. They're physics are funky sometimes, i was fighting an entity, and two times they didn't explode, probably just a bug/physics.

I was messing around, hunting down radar pings during the night, and one lead me near the stonehenge area, and it lead me to a fairy ring, of those red and white mushrooms, and there was a big one in the middle, i got close, and a lil' mushroom guy came out of the ground and threw me to the ground! He didn't do any damage, lil' guy was scared. I didn't get a pic since he was too fast tho..

If you don't know, Nexus is a very popular modding website. With it mainly being used for bethesda games and 3000 more games.

Anyway, VotV is on Nexus now! There's no mod manager other than Thunder Store that works with VotV, so you'll have to manually load the mods in yourself.. But there is currently One mod on it right now. But atleast we're on Nexus now!

Possibly. What i did to even begin with the 0.8 version of modding this game, it started up 0.7 instead, i deleted all my previous versions of the game, then ran the votv.exe/windowsnoeditor thing as administrator. Then i deleted my previous votv mod file cache, then showed the mod loader votv's directory.

After troubleshooting this for a few hours.. It worked. It showed as version 0.8.

I recommend ONLY using the updated mod's other than the core mods like Fusion, and the voidmod.

I tried modding my game again after updating to 0.8.. It shows it loading, before quitting the game without even giving me the "Fatal Error" Thing it does normally..

EDIT; I fixed it. Turns out i was being an idiot and using a mod from before 0.8.

I feel there's a few different ways to say Kerfur. I see some people say Ker-fus, and other people say Kerf-fur. And then theres another group that pronounces it as Ker-fur.  And then ANOTHER group that says Kerf-er. Which one do YOU say?

Edit: I ment like how You guys pronounce it- Not where the name came from or how to pronounce it, still glad other people are talking about the name of a robot cat.

Actually i did this too in my 0.8 run! Haven't thought of to post it here, but i found it cool you can give it back.

This happened to me personally as well, happened upstairs near my bed. I placed the meat in the fridge and ate it, good for food.

That happens if you play the game with no wifi/internet.

Look outside the windows of your base, all of them.  He will appear and you can get  him back :)

(The upstairs windows first, preferably.)

Before you go telling me to update my game.. I've updated it already to the newest verison (0.8d).

It's persisted since the 0.8c update. I do not know how to fix this, any help?

There's actually a mod for that in this game!
