I dont know how to finish this quest, I just killed all the alives but when I entered next floor I was cursed.

Did you check your mini map to be sure that you found them all? Sometimes one or two of them will run off from the group. 

All the times I've done that quest it's just maul them all however you want,

I should add a special “you missed one!” type line
