I finished the first town long time ago and im level 47 and lisa quest has not started and im not sure how to start it.

Also how they hell are you supposed to get pregnant by an abomination and live

you have to go east tower and do the minigame there then you gotta go fetch lisa and do a quest in the mine then you go to southgate camp without lisa and do the quests as far as you can till they say they are looking for someone named lisa

as for the second part do not get captured by abominations but for the most part abomination spiders are relatively safe to get grabbed by and bring potions at least 10 of each
