I had this happen to me too, I thought it was an event. I refreshed the cameras and there was a new one from some bunker. I went after her and she only had the option to turn off. Why I went back to the base and there was a skeleton sitting in a chair. However the kerfur is still stuck there and now can't collect hash codes
Remember that you can control Kerfur manually through the camera. If they get stuck, try moving them a bit before letting them take over movement again. See if that works for you.
