In the latest alpha version of the editor, for some reason the Manual does not appear when I click on it!
What could be the problem?
Because manual is absent from dev builds. you're getting only an EXE file. You should download official version first. Or, visit this:https://pixelwolf.net/efpse/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
