I was wondering if there are future plans to offer Cider for ARM processors as well.

Especially because of the Raspberry Pi, for which there is currently only the official Apple browser version, which is missing a lot of functions.

Developer

Currently we cannot support the Raspberry Pi due to lack of DRM on those platforms supported by Castlabs.

Once DRM is more widely available for developers on arm64 Linux devices, we’ll be sure to add it.

I am retrofitting a 1939 RCA Victor radio to be a modernized jukebox and hoped Cider would be the solution on my Pi 4 utilizing a 7" touchscreen. As it appears from the above comments this will not work, is it possible to buy another Pi-like device to install Linux where this has worked?

You could try using an Intel Nuc with a Linux distro, it just has to be x86 architecture

Try Box64. It allows you to run x64 programs on arm
