Got up to 597 coins need 600. May be a bug with the enemies getting stuck in the level geometry and not reacting or Thomas coins miscount.

I'm up 592 and am stuck :D Maybe add enemies spawning if the player doesnt have the required amount of coins when interacting with dr phil on this level

He just updated the game containing also a fix for this problem.
