I am just amazed. I collect arthurian everything (movies, shows, games, books), and stumbled onto this was looking for the classic generic arthurian words. Well, I shall play (I already started). I think just seeing Kay being called loyal and mean - chef kiss.
I am so curious. I am unsure if it is one creator or more than one, but what arthurian texts or movies did you get inspired by? Or did you already had prior arthurian knowledge and that was the reason you decided to make this game?

The project started wif only me, but later I found more heroes :D This game has been a childhood dream of mine. When I was young, I often imagined myself as a knight of the Round Table, interacting with characters in the Arthurian world. My favorite adaptation is the Merlin series from the BBC, but I wanted to tell a different story, exploring the legends through my own imagination. You’ll notice it deviates quite a bit from the original lore, so I apologize in advance if it’s not what you expected! :p
I can say a bunch of people are anxious to see what happens haha (I share some sfw screenshots on my tumblr fuckyeaharthuriana) and I can't wait to meet all the characters!
And people, don't apologize! The amazingness of arthuriana is that the canon is so vast and different it is more like a sandbox than a real canonical list of texts. My favorites are Kay and Mordred, and Kay is definitely not included in a lot of media so I am thrilled to see what happens with him!!
