This purple hat does not have a Mac, and, more importantly, does not have your Mac. So the advice I can offer is very limited. However, the following might apply to you:
Unzip file
Open the Dr. Valarie folder and Double-click on Dr. Valarie icon.
If you get a security notice, go to security and privacy and allow the game engine to be run on Mac
Click "Allow this program to run on my Mac"
Game will then open and show startup screen.
If that does not work my next piece of advice would be to google why your Ren'Py game won't run on your Mac.
