This purple hat does not have a Mac, and, more importantly, does not have your Mac. So the advice I can offer is very limited. However, the following might apply to you:
Unzip file
Open the Dr. Valarie folder and Double-click on Dr. Valarie icon.
If you get a security notice, go to security and privacy and allow the game engine to be run on Mac
Click "Allow this program to run on my Mac" Game will then open and show startup screen. If that does not work my next piece of advice would be to google why your Ren'Py game won't run on your Mac.
Hmmmmm.... Maybe, maybe, maybe... Not sure where I could work that into the story
However you don't need to wait for drone content...

So I read your post, and, well it's pretty far out of left field, especially since nobody else has mentioned similar issues. I've re read your post and I'm still kind of not sure what you're critiquing. The closest I can discern is you're saying one path spoils events on other paths, but uh, no? It's more like both paths have similar events (Similar but not exact) that play out because these are the same people in similar circumstances.
However the circumstances are not exactly the same, so some dialog changes and what not.
Thank you. It's amazing what this purple hat can do when it has a budget. If you like you can find more details about this game's development on the hat's SubscribeStar page.
There is such a guide already. (As complete as the game is)
Main path flow chart
Let Rachel Go path
Chastity subpath
Fanservice path
The SubscribeStar version has not been created yet. (Waiting on funds to make enough art assets to continue development) However there is artwork on SubscribeStar that has not appeared in the game yet.
The general plan is that progressive builds will be released to SubscribeStar members first, before being released to the public. (So, the public would get to play 0.5, while 0.6 would be available to SubscribeStar members.
Of course, more funding means more artwork, which means quicker development time and more scenes.
Hello. Looks like you've played maybe 1 or two paths. Things can go a very different way depending on the options you select. As for the art, well when you are the only artist working on the game, and art is not your strongest suit... welp...
However if you want to see better art, go to the main menu and click on that lady's face at the bottom right corner of the screen...
Actually the hat has a SubscribeStar page ( https://subscribestar.adult/purplehat-productions ) set up specifically to pay an artist to create a new visual novel.
In fact there is an announcement that will be coming soon related to that.
Oh dear. Sorry you went through that. That is a freaky coincidence.
Your post did get the hat thinking just how Rachel and "Mistress Red" were created. "Mistress" was an obvious choice for a stage name, and Red is a commanding color. The name was intended to fit with the average player's idea of what a dominatrix is.
This is also a slight spoiler, but Zach is not the protagonist's real name. His real name is Isaac, and he goes by Zach.
