So, I originally wanted to make my son be kind and my daughter be shy. So I cranked up the Male percentage to 100% got myself a baby boy, though he was shy...and had green eyes and hair...even though neither of his parents have either of those, but no matter, we can change that with the body editor. (This is where I originally found the Wines weren't labled properly and the personality wasn't changing, even if it moved on the diagram.) Reload file, try again, same exact results only the eye's were grey this time.  Ok, third times the charm, figured if I passed a day or two before my wife and I did the deed, it would change how he comes out, and the results are the same. Green hair, green/grey eyes. Decide "Ok, I guess I'll try having a daughter first." So I switch the gender slider to only girls, and repeat the process, Still had a shy personality baby boy. If needed I can provide screenshots.

Personality is random, the item switching them will be fixed soon

I get that the personality is random, but to get the same exact personality out of four others thrice is a 1/36 chance... probably lower if we count "Neutral" as one as well. Even the character doll looked exactly the same, except for the eye color change. I also manipulated the gender chances to 100% women, yet still got a boy one of those three times. This is something i'd do back when the game was still only in Act 1, and that never happened. I'm not trying to be rude, just point out something I noticed in hopes it helps your game.

You sure you've changed gender ratio before impregnation?

(1 edit)

I did, but i'm more than willing to speedrun a new child in the hopes I was wrong, or it was just a one off bug that fixed itself after I shut down the game.

Ok here are three screenshots, I left the dates and times so that you could see this all happened within a few minutes.

do you use mods?

No mods, This is a fresh download of the latest version of Strive:Conquest. I do use Cheats to speed things up however, but I don't think that caused this.
