Is there a way for me to access all the equipment I want to see all the cute  clothes do the different types of clothes change with how your body changes or is it always just a random collection of the same clothes in the chests

For now, most of the clothing options happen through chest RNG. There are some outfits that are unique to specific encounters, though..
