someone by the name King GD contacted me on the post and then on discord.

we agreed at 140$

he told me he can pay

he later told me he can pay max till september 5 

i waited

He said he has lots of stuff to pay , and told me to wait till middle of month and i waited

then he told me he can pay by max 27 september

at the end(today) , i asked him if he is lying, he responded with this

i really need help from itch io team to do something for my money

I would be pleased by anyone willing to help me.

I do not think Itch team can help you there.

I guess if your client is using the unpaid assets you could file a complaint about unauthorized usage on the platform he tries to publish it.

Working on a AAA game sounds a lot like a boast. It would imply a level of professional work that does not fit with the behaviour displayed.
