Hey i currently looking for someone who helps me develop my browser game. Its a game similar to diep.io or slither etc. But with its very own mechanics and artstyle. I need somebody who wants to help programming and overall developing the game in every aspect. Do you have some experience with javascript, servers etc? Or are you interested in that at all? I can send over the current version if you want!

If you're willing to do anything, the first thing you should do is to make a complete game. Doesn't matter the size but it has to be complete. Doing this not only boost your confidence but also a good learning step to making better games.
