Michelle - 2D Pixel, Story-Rich, Mystery, Analog type horror

Michelle, again the intention was to bring back the glory days of pixel horror. Mad Father, Crooked Man and etc. with a little bit of innovative features such as analog type cutscenes(examples are Mandela Catalogue, Vita Carnis, Greylock, etc.)  and others to work on.

Current Updates:
- In Scriptwriting, prologue of the story is polished and ready to be presented
- I now have a roadmap to the prologue for workflow efficiency. 
- Currently working on other characters on Aseprite
- Applied Analog type shader in Godot:

High Intensity:

 The idea was that the higher the intensity... the more vulnerable the mental fortification of Michelle is. Which will apparently lead to a full "demonic" possession. But I'm yapping too much I'll try not to spoil the story lol.

That is all the updates I have for today, Again I am sorry for the neglection of updating the game. My goal is to release a prologue of Michelle by the end of December and it will of course be free :)
I'm also planning to open social media accounts to express more updates on Michelle. Will update again soon.

One of the entities that players will encounter in the game. 

Current Updates:

 - Filming an Analog horror video that will be posted on Tiktok and YT (Link will be provided when finished and uploaded) What is the film about? the LORE about the world you will embark in the future.

- Completed some of the design of certain characters. although animations are still in the works 

-Some furniture have been created. 

Just a little heads up for the gamers, I know that this is a horror game and all of you will be expecting a lot of jumpscares but honestly... not all horror games require a lot of jumpscares, The true essence of a horror is how horrifying the story or the monsters it provides which enables players to feel disgusted or terrified. The story that I am about to give you will have the same feeling as how you feel watching the SAW series where plot twists and mysteries are the key foundation... Live or Die make your choice. lmao

THE FIRST ANALOG HORROR VIDEO IS OUT!


The story in this video is a build-up for the game Michelle.

I will make more like this for all of you to understand the story in the game that I will give to you.

Bro I am so excited for this. I get so nostalgic for the old days where there were horror games like this. 

If you're doing Analog horror, will you be doing other things like using S.A.M., glitch effects, or first person camera views? Just curious :3

Yes, but rather than using synthetic voice I'll be using whispers with 2 different ranges of pitch to really grasp the creepiness. Also, I will be using POV in my analog horrors but for now not yet because it doesn't yet fit the current plot in my story :)

SECOND ANALOG HORROR VIDEO IS OUT!

The purpose for these analog horrors is to let the gamers fully understand what or who they are dealing with. Their nature, their LORE and who knows maybe in the game itself the knowledge you get in these analog horrors will be useful.
