When I unzip the file it gives an error  that a path is too long (Error 0x80010135),  and it has this issue with a number of files.

This is not a problem with the game, it could be a number of reasons related to your PC.

If you have an unstable internet connection, it could be a damaged zip, whereas if you were extracting in a very long path, this could be an issue for Windows. You can read more about it here:

I have downloaded the Win64 and extracted it to D:/Downloads using both Windows 10 and 7Zip, both worked fine.
I've heard 7zip can handle long paths, but this is untested by me (Been using 7zip for years and never had that issue occur to me anyway).
